The Panzer IV H is the primary tank of most Panzer and Panzergrenadier divisions in 1944. In some cases (such as the 21. Panzerdivision) it is the only type of tank available to the Panzer Regiments.

You can field your Panzer IV H Platoon from Festung Europa as a Combat Platoon from your Panzerkompanie (page 20).

It can also be fielded from Villers-Bocage in a Panzerlehr Panzerkompanie (page 23, Villers-Bocage).

The Panzer IV H is a good solid medium tank in the late war, easily equal to the Sherman or T-34. It is Fully-tracked and has Armour of Front 6, Side 3 and Top 1. It is armed with a Co-ax MG, Hull MG, and 7.5cm KwK40 gun. It has additional protection from Protected ammo and Schürzen. The 7.5cm KwK40 gun can deal with most Allied armour it is likely to run up against. The gun has Range 32”/80cm, ROF 2, Anti-tank 11 and Firepower 3+.
